This is Mari. I met her on instagram, and we decided to set up a shoot in Carkeek Park. Of course, this being the Pacific Northwest, it poured. Didn’t stop us! We played in the rain and mud, while I awkwardly cradled an umbrella to protect the camera. She’s done ballet for a long time, and is now training to be an aerialist!

I love this series, actually I would have loved to see more of the red dress with the darker woods background-
I really enjoy your images-I have wanted to shoot more dance images myself but apart from one project involving Belly Dance I have not yet had the chance.
