Annnnnnd the rest from the fairytale set with Lyz…getting some more use out of her wedding dress. It’s funny…she got congratulated on her wedding while wearing the black dress, not her actual wedding dress.

In other news, my portfolio website has gotten its desperately needed makeover! You can check it out at http://www.zusevdesigns.net!
The mission: dreamy, princessy, fairytale…y. Lyz and I ended up in Kubota Garden complete with peonies (yep, brought my own flowers to a garden), gowns, silk, and “floof” (referring to the petticoat she made out of endless amounts of tulle. It’s a beautiful and peaceful place to shoot…you’ll see a bit more of that once I post the white dress shots.

Reminding all of us to stretch…and reminding myself that reflections are really fun to play with…
Headshot time! This is actress Anita the Diva…we go back to my high school days, as she was the theater director there. We both ended up on the west coast, so she packed up her huskies and came to visit me for a headshot session. This is her “villain” look, one of the assigned portraits she needed for her agency. Good times, and yet another perk of moving west.

Ok, ok…I’ll show you the smiling one too…

I’m not normally one for pink, but when you cut it with black…I like it. That’s how I like pastels handled in general. Anyway, here’s another of Heather, bringing a little badass to the pretty pink room…
