This photo is a complete lie. Vicc here had the most positive, buoyant energy you can imagine. He looks so cranky here, but he was bouncing all over the place, cracking me up for the whole shoot!

I love a good dress up session! Io looking amazing in burlesque style! I love the element of transformation during shoots…it’s really interesting to see how moods and attitudes can shift with something as simple as a wardrobe change.

If you’re in or traveling to Seattle, feel free to contact me here regarding booking a shoot!
It’s hard to see in this image, but Heather is standing under a waterfall…cold yes, but I’m sure refreshing after the hike to get there! I like looking at this image. It relaxes me.

Meet my first male nude subject ever! I’m not even sure how long ago this was! I’d been shooting mostly women for a few years, and a few clothed males when Eric contacted me. He was experienced in posing nude already, and was a complete gentleman the whole way through. It felt a little strange at first…kind of a throwback to my first male nude in figure drawing when I was still in high school (you want me to draw WHAT?). But, like then, I got over it fast. All too easy and fun now.

This was after I had Brittany doing a backbend over a forklift tire…she got a little dirty! I love her expression here, and decided not to edit out the dirt…I think it’s more interesting this way…

A portrait of Sharon, back in the day…makeup by the wonderful Talya Taylor.

I’m not normally one for pink, but when you cut it with black…I like it. That’s how I like pastels handled in general. Anyway, here’s another of Heather, bringing a little badass to the pretty pink room…
